• 10 hours use of the Barn plus use of lawn or hillside ceremony site
• 1 hour rehearsal (the day prior to event)
12 6’ round tables
4 square tables
5 long buffet tables
1 cake table
16 wooden slabs (for table decoration)
16 flower vases (sizes vary)
1 bridal suite
2 restrooms (for ceremony-reception times)
Wedding Chapel as back up incase of bad weather
Parking attendant for arriving guests
Set up of chairs for ceremony
Taking away bagged trash
Use decorations as you wish. Bring your own if you like. 8 hours includes your time to set up the barn as you like, have your ceremony and reception, cleanup.
You may use the vendors of your choice for catering, DJ, photography, videography, flowers, wedding cake, etc.
Certified Wedding Coordinator to:
• Verify vendors one week prior to wedding date (you provide vendor names and contact info).
• Coordinate vendors on wedding day
• Direct rehearsal and ceremony
• Assist with reception entrance
